Before a journey becomes bookable
The operator needs to confirm its contact details and credentials, guides, departure availability, route permissions, prices and exact inclusions. Trip-specific terms must explain deposits, payment deadlines, changes, cancellations and refunds.
Check your arrangements
Obtain written confirmation of pickup and drop-off, accommodation, meals, permits and activity suitability. Confirm what happens if weather or access changes the itinerary and which costs are your responsibility.
