Choose an interest, not just a checklist

Tell a guide what excites you: watching birds, finding small reptiles, photographing forest details or understanding habitats. Add a few wish-list species, but keep the experience worthwhile even if they do not appear.

Describe a comfortable day

Share your preferred walking duration, early-start tolerance and comfort after dark. Ask about terrain, transport, rest periods and alternatives before deciding that a trip suits you.

Compare the whole itinerary

Look at transfer days, the number of locations and time spent in each habitat. A longer journey is not automatically more rewarding if most of it is spent moving between places.

Get the details in writing

Before committing, request a dated itinerary and an itemized quote covering guides, transfers, accommodation, meals, permits, payment and cancellation terms.
